Jordan Poole played his first three high school basketball seasons at Rufus King High in Milwaukee, before transferring to La Lumiere School in La Porte, Indiana — where he was a member of the 2017 Dick’s National High School Champion team. On November 11, 2016, Poole announced his commitment to play college basketball at the University of Michigan.
As a freshman at Michigan in 2017-18, Poole averaged 6.1 points, 1.4 rebounds, and shot 47% from three-point range.

Jordan Poole made his NBA debut during the Warriors’ opening game of the 2019-20 season, and scored five points. Poole alternated time between the Warriors and the NBA G-League during this 2019-20 rookie season, and ultimately averaged 8.8 points and 2.4 assists in the 57 games he played with the Warriors.
